We accept returns and exchanges for hardware

to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible.


    Terms and Conditions

    1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY Your receipt of any electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. POSGlobal.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

    2. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Bank Wire Transfer, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Checks, and Purchase Orders (government agencies and other organizations at our discretion) as methods of payment.

    3. POSGlobal.com offers Drop-Ship from manufacturer if an item is out of stock in our warehouse, however, Drop-Ship may take up extra time in shipping, please call for details.

    4. There may be extra freight charge if an item has to be drop-shipped from manufacturer, we will notify the customer the change either by telephone or email prior to shipment.

    5. All prices are subject to change without notice.

    6. All logos and product pictures are trademarks of their respective names. All product pictures and descriptions are direct from the manufacturers.

    7. All items come with the factory original warranties which vary from item to item.

    8. If an order is in the fulfillment stage, such order can not be cancanled.

    9. Due to the complexity of the technological solutions, if you are not buying complete solutions including software from POSGlobal.com, POSGlobal.com does not and is unable to provide any technical advice on selecting the hardware including connection, compatibility, functionality, etc. for your existing systems. It is the sole responsibility of customer to choose the right products for your own needs.

    10. POSGlobal.com does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the products, software or services at this Site. POSGlobal.com may make changes to the products and services at this Site, or to the products and prices described in them, at any time without notice. The products and services at this Site may be out of date, and POSGlobal.com makes no commitment to update the materials and services at this Site.

    11. Any purchases made from POSGlobal.com signifies your agreement with all of the above terms.

     

    Return Policy

    1. All returns are accepted with strictly following manufacturer's return policy. Here are the lists of manufacturer return policies:

    2. Suject to the above manufacturer return policy, all returns must be pre-approved. Please request a Return-Merchandise-Authorization (RMA) number by email to email address: returns@posglobal.com) stating the reason for return before returning any items. POSGlobal.com will not accept any returns without RMA number.

    3. All RETURNS can and must be made within above manufacturer specified time frame and are subject to 15% shipping and handling fee except manufacturer certified defective items. Majority of the returns are due to incorrect connections and other basic issues, we would like to advise customers double check the items being selected prior to placing orders.

    4. All UNDELIVERABLE, REFUSAL or RETURNED WITHOUT RMA# orders are subject to 20% shipping and handling fee plus a penalty of $25.00.

    5. All returns are required to be shipped back to the designated warehouse which indicated in the email issuing RMA numbers. If a return is returned to our sales office or other location, such a packages will be refused.

    6. Item returned must not be opened, used or tampered. The returned item must be in its original packaging.

    7. Defective item may be returned for replacement only within above manufacturer specified time frame. After manufacturer specified time frame, the defective item can be repaired or replaced by the manufacturers of the item within the warranty period of the product.

    8. No returns or exchanges are accepted over above manufacturer specified time frame.

    9. Shipping cost for return is the sole responsibility of the buyer

    10. No returns are accepted on software and consumables (labels, ribbons, receipt papers and other consumables).

    11. Exchange for software will be accepted for defective merchandise only and will be replaced with identical product.
